Sulle origini dell'AIDS il mistero aleggia comunque:
Dopo una ricerca su vari siti, la soluzione più "in voga" sembra essere QUESTA, in cui si legge:
Data la presenza tra i primi colpiti di diversi soggetti originari dell'isola di Haiti nonché di numerosi gay americani che si erano recati in quest'isola per le vacanze, si pensò di ricercare lì l'origine della malattia. In realtà anche in Haiti l'epidemia era stata importata da alcuni lavoratori immigrati provenienti dall'Africa equatoriale, area in cui la malattia, come sembra ormai certo, era presente da anni.
Ma perché gay? questa è la questione. Potrebbero sembrare illazioni, ma perché dovrebbero essere stati contagiati anzitutto i gay? Forse quei "lavoratori immigrati provenienti dall'Africa equatoriale" erano tutti o in gran parte gay? Mi sembra tirata per i capelli.
Comunque esistono altre fonti ed altre campane, anzitutto QUESTA, in cui si dice che The earliest cases of AIDS are stored blood samples from New York City in January 1979 (two months after the beginning of the hepatitis-B vaccine trials upon gay men from Manhattan.
E non solo, si trova anche che:
But AIDS cases appeared in hospitals in Uganda and Rwanda at the same time they did in the West, and no stored human-tissue samples taken from Africans during the 1970s are HIV-positive.

Robert Strecker, M.D., Ph.D., and Ted Strecker, Esq., were hired by a California HMO in 1983 to research the potential impact of AIDS, and studied hundreds of scientific journals which led them to conclude that the AIDS virus was predicted in 1966, requested in 1969, produced in the early 1970s and unleashed in the late 1970s via smallpox and hepatitis B vaccine trials in Africa and America.

William Campbell Douglas, M.D., National Health Federation's 1985 Doctor of the Year, published AIDS:The End of Civilization, 1989, detailing the development of HIV by scientists working at the army's biowarfare lab at Fort Detrick, Maryland.
Mmmmmmm... Fort Detrick...
Da questo link si legge che: Per Segal l’AIDS si sarebbe diffuso a causa di un incidente; per Strecker, invece, sarebbe stato iniettato volutamente ai membri della comunità omosessuale americana durante il programma per la vaccinazione contro l’epatite B.
E anche che Il Laboratorio di alta sicurezza di Fort Detrick realizzò l’unione dei virus Visna e Htlv-1.
