Either way, the direction in which stars move overhead is based on perspective and the exact direction you’re facing, not which hemisphere you are in.
In modo egregio non proprio, nel senso che dice: "la Stella Polare si può vedere a 20° Sud", "La Croce del Sud dovrebbe essere visibile nello stesso tempo da tutti i punti sulla stessa longitudine, ma non è vero" e "Sigma Octantis forse non esiste".
Come già detto, non sono mai stato nell'emisfero sud e non conto d'andarci per nei prossimi giorni, quindi Lui afferma delle cose, IO non posso verificare.
Per quanto mi riguarda, pari e patta, posto che le carte stellari esistenti dell'emisfero australe non varrebbero niente.
