c'e' qualche cervellone che si va a fare il mazzo a tirare fuori le tabelle colorimetriche del bario e dall'alluminio.

In Aigina today Wednesday 4-6-2003 at 10 a.m. the Municipal Council met in session in the meeting room of the Council Chambers (C. Lada 1), at the legally issued summons 5190/29-5-2003 of its chairman the Mayor Dimitrios Mourtzis.
Present at the meeting were:
1. Dimitrios Mourtzis, Mayor, in the Chair
2. Nektarios Kornarakis, Councillor, as member of the Council
3. Ioannis Tzitzis, Councillor, as member of the Council
4. Andreas Stratigos, Councillor, as member of the Council
Absent: Anastasios Amafis, Councillor, as member of the Council
The Council had a quorum, four members being present.
Subject 9 Resolution 63/2003
“Appointment of an attorney to file a suit against any party responsible for the conducting, according to press reports, of dangerous aerial spraying over Aigina in the framework of ongoing experiments for purposes of dealing with the greenhouse phenomenon”.
The Municipal Council discussed the above subject in accordance with the provisions of article 111 of the Municipal Code.
Introducing the subject, the Chairman made the following statement: “At the Municipal Council meeting of 16-4-2003 there was discussion of a written question and motion submitted by the municipal councilor Mr. Nektarios Koukoulis on the subject of information published in the newspaper ‘Ethnos on Sunday’ according to which - in the framework of experiments being carried out to deal with the greenhouse phenomenon - aerial spraying was carried out over Aigina with aluminium in combination with other chemical substances.”
With its resolution 75/2003 the Municipal Council approved, by majority vote, resort to legal action against any party responsible for carrying out, according to information published in the press, aerial spraying dangerous to public health.
The Council must attend today to the appointment of an attorney to file a suit on behalf of the Municipality.
Taking into account all the abovementioned, and following related discussion, the Muncipal Council resolves UNANIMOUSLY
To appoint the attorney Iphigenia Margaris to undertake the filing of a suit against any party responsible for the conducting, according to press reports, of dangerous aerial spraying over Aigina in the framework of ongoing experiments for purposes of dealing with the greenhouse phenomenon”.
The expense will be covered by funds reserved in the 2003 Municipal Budget for payment of legal personnel
The present document was compiled for purposes of authorizing such expenditure and is signed by:

non dimentichiamoci che l'inventore delle tecnologie che ora fan funzionare l'haarp è stato Tesla, e lui pensava a tutto tranne che a distruggere!

non sempre la cosa più giusta è quella più lucrativa.

Con un bel prisma e un po di cartone....puoi ottenere l'immagine spettrale,l'hanno fatto nel 1800, vuoi che non ci riesca io.....

ciao cct, eddai non fare cosi :P, sono un po' ignorante in materia, sto solo cercando di capirci qualcosa, non sapevo che tramite spettroscopia si potessero ricavare informazioni sulla struttura delle scie, interessante , potresti spiegare in cosa consiste, o se hai qualche link utile alla materia, grazie.
per pax: hai proprio ragione, la luce sta diminuendo, qua sono mesi che fanno 2-3 giorni di sole e il restante nuvoloso(la luce del sole acquista un colore pallido/opaco, molto strano a volte) ,nell'arco di 1 settimana...

Vi ringrazio per il sostegno morale ragazzi, ma non fatemi complimenti, che poi, se il video vi sembra una ciofeca mi tocca andare a nascondermi 
Comunque abbiate fede, è quasi pronto; sto solo aspettando un ultimo importante contributo... Poi spero vi scatenerete a farlo girare e speriamo che la goccia prima o poi faccia il buco.
Stavo pensando ad una cosa... Se qualcuno è ferrato con l'inglese e ne avesse voglia; si potrebbe tradurre il testo così potrei farne una versione sottotitolata in inglese da far girare con i software peer to peer. E' solo un'ipotesi...
